The Women's Club Ultimate Team on campus is called the Roses. The Cornell Roses are a group of fun-loving, dedicated women who are eager to teach and learn Ultimate! We are nationally ranked and have a long history (since the early 70's!) marked with successes in competition ranging from local to national levels. We are always looking for new players! Don't be shy! Come check it out! We promise we're nice. And, at the very least, you'll learn how to throw a Frisbee!

Since Ultimate has grown in popularity, the Roses have had the great fortune of attracting many new players. This, in turn, has allowed the formation of two fantastic teams: the Wild Roses and the Thorny Roses. The Wild Roses is for those who have a higher skill level and can dedicate more time to practices and tournaments. The Thorny Roses is for others who are looking to improve their Ultimate skills and/or cannot make as much of a time commitment. But all in all, we are all Roses and therefore enjoy ourselves and engage in social activities, such as team dinners, together.
