Hai Hong is a Chinese restaurant located at 208B Dryden Road in Collegetown. The restaurant serves lunch and dinner from 11:30 am to 10:00 pm Sunday through Thursday, lunch and dinner 11:30 am to 10:30 pm Friday through Saturday, and dim sum from 11:30 am to 3:00 pm on Saturday and Sunday. They also do take-out orders.

Hai Hong was named after the boat the restaurant's owners took from Saigon as refugees in 1978. The boat took 2,500 people on a difficult, cramped journey to the port of Pasang. From there, the family immigrated to the United States with the help of the St. John Episcopal Church in Ithaca.
