Dear Uncle Ezra
From CUWiki
Dear Uncle Ezra opened these virtual doors in 1986 to respond to a need for a human interface with the diverse offices and services on campus. Since that time, Cornell students, families, alumni, and many of our global community have shared questions, thoughts, or feelings by asking Uncle Ezra. Uncle Ezra endeavors to select and answer questions that will benefit the senders and that will educate, edify and/or entertain the entire Cornell community.
While the anonymity of the person or people behind Dear Uncle Ezra has long been cherished, conventional wisdom suggests that it originates out of the Dean of Students office. Different voices, styles, and tones in the writing of Dear Uncle Ezra have been documented over the last two decades.
