The Campus to Campus Bus Service is a regular, Cornell-run limousine bus service which runs between the Ithaca, NY campus and New York City. There are two stops in New York City: The Cornell Club at 6 East 44th Street and the Cornell Weill Medical Center on the Upper East Side. In Ithaca, the bus makes three stops: Cornell's North Campus, Sage Residential College, and the Oxley Equestrian Center. An additional stop is made at the Best Western Inn on trips arriving in Ithaca. The journey takes around four hours and costs $75 one way or $149 round trip.

The service was arranged by President Jeffery Lehman in the fall of 2004 with several goals in mind. First, the connection between Weill Medical Center and the University is beneficial to research and cooperation between the two campuses. Second, the trip to NYC flying out of Ithaca's local airport is costly and takes about the same amount of time. Third, having a Cornell-run bus service reduces the load on Cornell fleet vehicles.

Campus to Campus provides very luxurious accommodations, including full reclining leather seats, power outlets, on-board internet via the Verizon network, and an open snack bar at the back of the bus stocked with bagged snacks, fruit, juice, coffee, and tea.
